Purple Burro Creek Agate Pendant
I love to play with complementary colours. Orange and green, and in this case I have used green and purple. This particular colour combination is both elegant and calming. The top element is actually a pillow shaped stone bead cut by Lapidary genius Gary B. Wilson of Tucson, Arizona. The bottom piece is Burrow Creek Agate.
Burrow Creek Agate is named for the location in Mohave County, Arizona where this stone is found. It resembles Lavender Jade in colour.
About the Stone
Agate is a member of the chalcedony family, or a microcrystalline quartz.
